Can you send a certificate of insurance and W-9?
Yes. We carry $1M general liability insurance and send our certificate of insurance and W-9 the same business day. Ask for our vendor packet.
Can you work within an approval limit?
Yes. Set it once. Under your limit, we just fix it. Over it, you get photos and a price before we do the work.
Can you work when we’re closed?
Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday work is available by appointment, so repairs don’t have to get in the way of your business.
What about urgent repairs?
Call us and mark the work order urgent. If people or property are in danger, call 911 or the utility company first, then call us.
Do you handle plumbing, electrical, or HVAC?
Work that requires a licensed trade, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or roofing, is done by appropriately licensed professionals, and we can coordinate it for you.
