- Send the property address and your contact details.
- We call back the same business day. Requests after 5 p.m. or on weekends get a call the next business morning. We confirm the owner or authorized representative and arrange access.
- Your client approves a written scope, price, and ready date. You receive photo updates.
No referral fees or payments. We prepare properties; Realtors handle the listing and sale, and attorneys handle the estate’s legal work.
Rental turns: published packages. Core Light and Standard turns: 3 business days from keys. If our schedule is full, we agree a different written date before key handoff. Route-zone turns add $100 per turn. Light and Standard turns have a 4-business-day ready date from keys. Route days: Tuesday and Thursday. Your quote includes a written ready date. If we miss it for reasons within our control, we take $25 off for every day we’re late.
Estates: free walkthrough, sale, cleanout, and make-ready. No commission on $10,000+ projects; 15% below that project value, plus card processing. With a signed agreement from the estate’s authorized representative, pay a 25% deposit at the start to cover dumpsters, disposal, and materials. The title company pays the balance at closing. If the house has not closed within 6 months, the balance is due.
Homeowners: Fix-It List Half Day: $299 for up to 4 hours of 1 technician in the Core zone. Materials at cost, with receipts. Route-zone homeowner minimum: $500.
